RETURNS & REFUNDS

Hi there! Thank you for shopping at AKIBO. We at Akibo strive to ensure ease of transaction and  maintain good quality and shipment practices.All the shipments are checked before it leaves our warehouse for delivery.

As a policy we do not offer Refunds/ Returns for products that are in good condition once the transaction has taken place.

However we do understand that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances there may have been an issue with our product, for which we will take into consideration for Refund/ Returns.

The Normal procedure would be as follows:

  • Do write to us at info@akiboliving.com within 48 hrs of receipt of product with the reason for Return and Refund, with  the order no. details,date of transaction & delivery address with the supporting images of the said issue with product.

  • Post examination from our team with regard to the said issue with product, We will then confirm to you on the  Return/ Refund for the same. Please note we reserve the sole discretion to Refund/Return as deemed fit.

  • During the above process we request you to please ensure the product is retained in its original packaging and left un-used until we resolve the matter.  We will not accept products that are used for Return/Refund.

  • Refund for any Return will be credited within 4-6 business working days from date of approval for Refund. 

  • Once an order has been placed by the user, our systems will be unable to cancel the order and process a refund to the client if the payment has been processed.
